We help clients find the best equipment for their homes and business to take care of the outdoors. Anything from a chainsaw to lawn tractors to robotic mowers.

General Responsibilities:

Advise customers on product selection via phone, email and in person
Nurture existing clients and prospect for new accounts
General customer service and support in a technical retail environment

Continuing skills development and increasing product & technical knowledge

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and customer service skills essential
Results oriented, energy, enthusiasm, eagerness to succeed
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and focused
Ability to multitask and manage time well
Sales and customer service experience an asset
Industry experience and basic technical knowledge an asset
