• Assist the operations team in getting things done.
• Data Entry ( Orders, vendor PO, warranty filling, etc)
• Service advisor & scheduler  ( Repair estimates, delivery scheduling, etc)
• Assist in customer outreach, sales & marketing tasks 

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, reliable, organized, and focused
• Must be computer and system savvy. Proficient  in excel spreadsheet
• Ability to multitask and manage time well
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in administrative role an asset
