We help clients find the best equipment for their homes and business to take care of the outdoors. Anything from a chainsaw to lawn tractors to robotic mowers.

General Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on product selection via phone, email and in person
• Nurture existing clients and prospect for new accounts
• General customer service and support in a technical retail environment

• Continuing skills development and increasing product & technical knowledge

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills essential
• Results oriented, energy, enthusiasm, eagerness to succeed
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and focused
• Ability to multitask and manage time well
• Sales and customer service experience an asset
• Industry experience and basic technical knowledge an asset
